Data ownership
Our commitments for the ownership of your data
The data used, processed, hosted, saved or stored by LUNDI MATIN on behalf of the Client remains the property of the latter.
Access to data
Access to data is reserved for the customer only. However, the customer must know that LUNDI MATIN can access your data solely for the purposes related to the execution of its mission and the improvement of the quality of its services.
Data availability
As indicated in the general selling conditions, LUNDI MATIN has no rights over the data it hosts and undertakes to return it to you as soon as you express the wish. All our customers are thus free, at any time, to recover their data : upon simple request, you will obtain a copy of your database in MySQL format.
Contract end
When the subscription to the service expires and if you no longer wish to use our software, LUNDI MATIN gives all its customers the possibility of maintaining a so-called “backup” version of the LMB application online. Your data will not be deleted : they will remain viewable and exportable, according to your needs, for a period left to your discretion.
