Get comprehensive and efficient software in SaaS mode
Before obtaining the LMB solution, the D.Grandiose team used an online management platform that partially allowed them to manage their activity. This solution, primarily focused on accounting management, lacked “commercial” features. The team was frustrated because they couldn’t manage their inventory or customize product sheets, and changing prices was complicated.
At that time, the growing company decided to hire Damien Goncalves as E-Commerce Manager. The new manager quickly realized the limitations of the old software. He decided to change providers and began searching for a comprehensive and efficient solution.
My goal was to find a solution to manage D.Grandiose’s activity using SaaS software. I didn’t want to waste time dealing with server-related issues.

Before working for the company D.Grandiose, Damien was an IT consultant. He had already used various ERP solutions including LMB. Commercial management is an activity that he devotes 60% of his time to, so it was necessary to facilitate and automate different tasks.
