The context
Adrien Sanchez Valero, after spending more than four years in Buenos Aires and immersing himself in Argentine culture, decided to bring this atmosphere to Montpellier. In July 2014, he opened Empanadas Club, in Montpellier. Since then, 3 other establishments have sprung up.
His aim is to promote Argentinian gastronomy based on fresh produce and in particular its flagship product: empanadas.
The challenge
In 2021, the group was looking for a solution to optimise its online customer journey and invite its customers to discover the region in a more impactful way, with a map updated in real time.
The solution
The group chose the TastyCloud online ordering solution for several reasons:

The results

This manager quickly realised how much work and time was spent on managing online orders, so that they could be tracked efficiently and on time.
The desire for customers to take advantage of online ordering has been confirmed, as well as on the spot, at the table with a digitised QR code menu.
The rather young team is happy: they have found a good balance in their work. With time to give advice and the digital menu for special occasions, they’ve easily learnt how to use it to good effect.
“The first benefit is the ease with which you can update your menu with visuals. At Empanadas, we optimise our menu with regular photoshoots of our dishes. Customers need to be able to clearly understand the product and be invited to discover it. Empanadas is our identity, the product has to speak to the customer. Visuals have a very important impact on the customer experience”
