The context
For over 100 years, Grands Moulins de Paris has been putting its expertise at the service of its customers, who include artisan bakeries, the food industry and supermarkets. To meet the changing needs of the market, the company was looking to modernise the purchasing processes of artisan bakeries and expand its catalogue with complementary products such as frozen foods, Viennese pastries, equipment and specialised machinery.
The challenge
The main challenge was to modernise the purchasing process for artisan bakeries while enhancing the product offering. Grands Moulins de Paris needed not only to centralise all orders, but also to offer complementary, high-quality products to meet the diverse needs of its customers.
The solution
The solution was to replatform the e-commerce site to create a B2B marketplace. This new platform enables all orders to be centralised and a wide range of products from the best brands to be offered in one place, available at any time.

The teams adopted an Agile methodology to be as responsive as possible. The results
Although the marketplace was launched only recently, in April 2023, the initial results are promising:

- Order take rate: 90%
