In 2016, Yuto customer Sodip merged with GroupAuto to create the Color Service group. This equipment manufacturer offers products dedicated to car paintwork and bodywork.

The challenge

The need to adapt to changes in the automotive sector

‘A market in full metamorphosis’. That’s how to describe the automotive industry in the context of global warming and the development of electric cars. 

The players – manufacturers, equipment suppliers and retailers – are caught up in a frenetic race to optimise their performance. 

And at the heart of this revolution was GroupAuto, struggling with a complex hierarchical organisation and difficult Product Information Management (PIM).

The solution

Centralising data in a single CRM

When Sodip and GroupAuto merged, the director of the former company recommended Yuto. Why was this? Because the software made it possible to adapt to the many technical and organisational changes. It synchronised perfectly with Fujitsu’s Sineres ERP to ensure data consistency.

And that’s not all! Our solution also solved the PIM headache. How do we do this? By centralising product data on a single interface.

Yuto has simplified information management, despite a complex internal organisation inherited from the merger of two companies.


The results

All services in tune

Installing Yuto has been a real boost for GroupAuto. The sales team can now concentrate on their commercial objectives, while the mobile application makes it easier to take orders.

General management now has an effective tool for monitoring the sales pipeline. Re-entry errors have been considerably reduced thanks to the automation of tasks. By centralising information and managing orders in a structured way, the company’s logistics department has been able to improve its responsiveness.
