The context
Since its creation, Veepee has organised flash sales for limited periods. However, this approach led to frustration among potential customers because the sales were too short and the items were quickly unavailable. It also meant a loss of revenue for Veepee.
The challenge
Veepee needed to expand its catalogue by relying on selected third-party sellers. It was crucial to guarantee attractively priced items and fast delivery. In addition, it needed to find a way of monetising traffic and converting visitors who did not make purchases during traditional flash sales.

To meet these challenges, a marketplace was set up on the Veepee website, offering permanent deals in addition to flash sales. This solution made it possible to broaden the range of products on offer while ensuring constant availability.
