Once the order has been validated by the customer, the module communicates with DHL via the Internet and transfers customer information to facilitate the creation of transport labels.

Generating transport labels

In response, DHL’s web service automatically generates the labels in PDF format : no data entry is required, since the customer’s details, already entered when the order was placed, are integrated into the label. The module includes the creation of 2,000 labels.

Optimising parcel traceability

The module also retrieves parcel tracking numbers and sends the parcel tracking number to your customer by email. With just a few clicks, they can find out the precise status of their shipment on your carrier’s dedicated website. If you wish, your customers can also be informed by email of the status of their order at each stage of delivery.

Relay points management

DHL not only offers home delivery, but also delivery to a relay point. Your customers can choose to have their goods delivered to the most convenient delivery point, close to their home, workplace, etc.
