Catalogue synchronisation

The ShoppingFeed connector automates the sending of the product catalogue from LM ERP to ShoppingFeed. This then enables the updating of stocks and prices on ShoppingFeed to be automated. Thanks to the combination of technologies linked to the use of the marketplace connector and the ShoppingFeed feed aggregator, multiply your sales channels and boost your visibility.

Order and customer management

The management of orders and customers is automated by the connector. ShoppingFeed transmits customer files and orders directly to LM ERP. The ERP generates the documents corresponding to the information received: order, delivery note, invoice. LM ERP is then responsible for transmitting to ShoppingFeed the evolution of the order status as well as the shipment tracking information and for sending the invoice to the end customer.
