Once the order has been validated by the customer, the module communicates with TNT via Internet and transfers customer information to facilitate the creation of transport labels.

Generating transport labels

Once TNT’s web service has retrieved the customer information from LM ERP, the labels are automatically generated in PDF format. There is therefore no need for manual input as the customer details have already been entered. The module includes the creation of 2,000 labels.

Optimising parcel traceability

The module retrieves the tracking numbers so that they can then be transferred to customers. Your customers can then find out the exact status of their shipments on the dedicated TNT website. For even better parcel traceability, your customers can, if you wish, be informed by email of the status of their order.

TNT not only offers home delivery, but also delivery to a relay point. Your customers can choose to have their order delivered to a convenient delivery point close to their home or workplace.
