Since 2016, Les Frères de la Côte have been offering a unique concept that combines transport by sail and a selection of quality products throughout the Caribbean: rum, coffee, cocoa, spices… In parallel, products from mainland France such as olive oil, cognac and armagnac are also exported during these voyages.

Les Frères de la Côte has two outlets, one in Saint-Etienne and the other in Saint-Savinien, where it offers an authentic experience to its customers.
Grégory Girardin, one of the company’s managers, currently shares the business with his two partners, Raphaël and François Mangin.
The challenge
It was in 2023 that the company considered the need to change its ERP system.
The significant price increase for Cegid’s management software was the initial trigger, and difficulties with the interface and stock management reinforced the decision.
The solution
On the advice of their accountant, Grégory and his team turned to LUNDI MATIN. After several discussions with our experts, the decision was made to adopt our management software: LMB. At the same time, Rovercash was installed in the shop to modernise the existing checkout system, putting an end to the manual operations that had been in place until then.
The results
Since the introduction of LMB and Rovercash in June 2023, the company has undergone a transformation in its day-to-day management. The speed with which transactions are recorded, the fluidity of monthly reports and the optimised management of stocks have considerably improved its operational efficiency. Time savings and increased process reliability have freed up valuable resources, allowing Frères de la Côte to focus on other aspects of the company’s development.
Today, Grégory and his team are satisfied with their new solutions. They are even considering extending them to new projects, such as opening a bar.
