Over its 22 years of existence, this company has been able to expand its range of products and services and adapt to new challenges.
In 2012, it was accredited as a Service Provider for Individuals and has since been organizing both classroom and at-home training sessions to reinforce its commitment to assisting individuals and businesses in mastering computer tools.
Moreover, the MSI Informatique team is acutely aware of current ecological challenges. Whenever possible, they provide sustainable solutions to their clients. They have recently been awarded the Qualirepar label.
The challenge
In the beginning, Guillaume and Jérémie used specialized management software for companies in their sector, but it presented a significant problem: the software crashed regularly, and on these occasions, some information was not saved. Sometimes they would lose their billing history, and there were instances where they couldn’t verify if a customer had paid their invoice.
This anomaly led to a considerable loss of payments for the company, hindering its development.
However, it was challenging for this team to part ways with the software they had become accustomed to. Moreover, it met their needs comprehensively. It notably included a feature they absolutely wanted to retain when changing software: the ability to manage different margins based on product prices.
The solution
Based in the town of Ganges, near Le Vigan, Guillaume and Jérémie witnessed the birth of LUNDI MATIN from its infancy in a computer equipment shop. They naturally decided to try out the LMB solution a few years ago.
