The challenge
At the time, the traditional sales process had become difficult to manage and the requests cumbersome to process. In this sector, where prices are highly personalised, paper-based tools were no longer sufficient. Sodip was looking for an advanced solution capable of interfacing with their new software, Sage, which had recently been integrated into the company. The solution had to link up easily with existing tools without requiring any additional development.
