The event took place at Porte de Versailles on September 19-20-21. In all, over 150 visitors came to our stand B019 to discover our solutions. In a convivial atmosphere, our teams were delighted to be able to discuss the challenges of omnichannel with our partners, customers and prospects.
Our product experts had the opportunity to carry out live technical demonstrations, in particular of our cash register software, enabling you to discover how our applications really work.
As part of our participation at the show, our CEO Benjamin CHALANDE and Jeremie CHEMLA, Head of Services for the IZBERG platform, had the honor of leading a fascinating workshop on the challenges of tomorrow’s marketplace, before a captivated audience.
Focusing on the theme of “Omnichannel Marketplace: Extending the customer experience to the store“, they began by discussing the evolution of commerce, before moving on to the various possible Omnichannel Marketplace models and their advantages:
