Once the order has been validated by the customer, the module communicates via the internet with Colissimo and transfers customer information in order to facilitate the creation of transport labels.

Generation of transport labels

As a response, the Colissimo web service automatically generates the labels in PDF format: no entry is necessary since the customer’s contact details, already provided when ordering, are integrated into the label. The module includes the creation of 2,000 labels.

Optimisation of package traceability

The module also retrieves the tracking numbers of the packages and transfers the tracking number of the package to your customer by email. In just a few clicks, he will be able to find out the precise situation of his shipment on your carrier’s dedicated site. If you wish, your customer can still be informed by email of the status of their order at each stage of delivery.

Relay points management
