Once the order has been validated by the customer, the module communicates via the Internet with Mondial Relay and transfers customer information to facilitate the creation of transport labels.

Generating transport labels

After the Mondial Relay web service has retrieved customer information from LM ERP, the labels are automatically generated in PDF format. There is therefore no need for any manual entry since the customer’s contact details are already provided. The module includes the creation of 2,000 labels.

Optimising parcel traceability

Using the module enables you to retrieve parcel tracking numbers, which are then e-mailed to your customer. Your customers can then find out the precise status of their shipments on the dedicated Mondial Relay site. For even better parcel traceability, your customers can also be informed by email of the status of their order at each stage of delivery.

Relay points management

Mondial Relay not only allows you to choose home delivery, but also delivery to a relay point. Your customers can choose to have their order delivered to a relay point close to their home or workplace.
