Never miss a sale again
Out of stock? Don’t worry, thanks to our sales support tools, you’ll never miss a sale again.
How does the Order in Store solution work?
When a customer wants to buy a product in a shop but it’s no longer available, the sales assistant can place an order for the desired product from the back office, which will either be delivered to the customer’s home or made available in another of the shop’s outlets, once they’ve checked whether or not it’s available thanks to multi-boutique stock management.
Your sales staff can place the order directly from their checkout software and have the product delivered to the shop or directly to your customer as soon as it becomes available again.
This service is particularly well suited to shops selling bulky goods, enabling you to sell products that are already in the central warehouse. Whether it’s household appliances or furniture, you can move your stock out of town centres without losing your customers.
Who can use Order in Store?
Order in Store meets the challenges faced by retailers and retail chains who need a solution to expand their in-store offering and attract a wider customer base:
- be more reactive to in-store stock shortages and be able to increase sales
- improve the customer experience by offering a unified customer journey
What is Order in Store?
Order in store is an omnichannel solution to be implemented in your shops. The aim is to transform customers who find themselves in a situation where a product is not or is no longer available at the point of sale by delivering it to their home or by making the desired product available in another of the chain’s shops. Order in Store helps to increase sales by helping retailers to sell their entire product catalogue, even if the physical point of sale is limited.
Advantages
Convert more customers
Increase your in-store sales with online sales. Unifying the management of your point of sale with the management of your online shop will enable you to increase your conversion rate by converting more customers.
Unified commerce
LM Retail helps you to remove the barriers between physical and online commerce by centralising all your data in a single back office. In order to best satisfy consumer expectations, it is important to offer a single interface to ensure data transversality.
An improved shopping experience
Order in store reduces the friction points between in-store and online, leading to an improved customer experience and increased satisfaction. Thanks to order in store, your customers will be able to enjoy a unified shopping experience and get the product they want, even if it’s not available in-store.
