Invoices uploaded from LM ERP to Chorus Pro

As part of your public procurement activity, the Chorus Pro Module enables you to automate the transmission of your invoices between your LM ERP application and the Chorus Pro Portal.

This interconnection enables you to set up a simplified process for submitting and receiving invoices via the management tool developed by LUNDI MATIN.

This means you can manage your business with the public services without having to log in manually when submitting each of your invoices to the dedicated portal. The Chorus Pro Module lets you submit all your commercial documents to the platform in just a few clicks via LM ERP.

Progress reports from Chorus Pro to LM ERP automatically updated

Thanks to the LM ERP Chorus Pro Module, you have an interconnection between the Invoice Filing Portal and your LM ERP application. As the exchange of information between the two tools is automatic, you can monitor the progress of your projects directly on your commercial management software.
Invoice statuses (To be recycled, Suspended, Rejected, Service done, Mandated, Made available to the accountant, Booked, Made payable) are updated on LM ERP to facilitate your follow-up.

Digitalising your invoicing will save you time thanks to the interconnection between the Chorus Pro Portal and LM ERP. The module enables you to submit all your commercial documents in just a few clicks. You no longer need to connect manually to submit each of your invoices.

LM ERP as your single management tool

Few commercial management software packages offer interconnection with the Chorus Pro portal. Entities invoicing public organisations therefore use two separate management tools, with no interconnection, or have to enter each of their invoices individually on the Chorus Pro Portal.

With LM ERP, you have a complete management tool, both for your invoicing to public organisations (LM ERP/Chorus Pro module) and for the rest of your commercial activity (invoicing of direct sales “outside the public sector”, and online and physical sales).

About electronic invoicing

Since 1 January 2020, electronic invoicing has been a mandatory part of public procurement for all businesses. Invoices must now be sent electronically and processed on the Chorus Pro platform, provided by the French government for the submission, receipt, transmission and monitoring of the processing status of electronic invoices.
