Features

Once your sales document has been created, select the delivery method (Registered/Recorded/Slow/Normal/Priority): your quote, invoice or reminder is sent by Maileva with the chosen documents such as your GTCs or your bank details directly to the customer’s address entered in LM ERP.

As a response, Maileva will inform you about the processing status of your mail, you can track it directly in the LM ERP application.

Types of shipment available

You can choose between different types of delivery: Registered Recorded/Slow/Normal/Priority.

Within the Registered Letter with Acknowledgement of Receipt (RL/AR). Once received, your acknowledgement of receipt will be available directly in your LM ERP application.

Not living at indicated adress

If one of your addressees is detected as “Not living at indicated adress”, LM ERP informs you of your mail status. You can then directly change your correspondent’s address in LM ERP to send again the documents.
