These modules allow you to monitor, compare and automate certain repetitive tasks such as appointment reminders, printing of commercial documents, etc. You will benefit from the automation of various tasks to improve customer satisfaction.

Promotions
(native functionality)

The advanced back-office of LM Retail natively integrates the simple promotions module. It allows you to set up discounts in euros or in percentages on all or part of the catalog, all this during a predefined period. Perfectly integrated with all the distribution channels published by LUNDI MATIN, this module is a solution that allows you to set up promotions easily and without additional costs.

Offer engine / Marketing animations

The use of the offer engine module allows you to set up different marketing animations according to your needs. Depending on the offer you select, you can set up between 5 and 50 templates:

  • 2 bought the 3rd offered
  • For customers whose email address is not provided, send a message to the seller to request the email address
  • Happy hour
  • Bounce-back vouchers, etc.

Accompanied by a Project Manager, the possibilities of marketing animations are almost infinite according to your needs and your sector of activity.

Simple loyalty (native functionality)

The LM Retail back-office natively integrates a second module, simple loyalty. This module allows you to create and manage a simplified loyalty programme. This program works through points which are accumulated during each purchase, these points then allow the customer to obtain a voucher which is then spent in the shop. The merchant has a follow-up of the loyalty history on the customer file.

Advanced loyalty

To go further in the implementation of a loyalty program, LM Retail proposes an advanced loyalty module. This module allows you to propose an omnichannel loyalty program and personalized according to your needs. Unlike the simple loyalty module, it allows you to set up permanent discounts on different customers or vouchers on the anniversary date for example.

Omnichannel loyalty

If you have a loyalty programme and different distribution channels, the omnichannel loyalty module is the right module for you! The module allows you to offer your customers an omnichannel and homogeneous customer experience across the different distribution channels.

Sending emails

LM Retail proposes an email module, it allows users to send emails at important moments of the customer relationship, for example to confirm the sending of an order. Automating this sending process simplifies the management of your activity and allows you to obtain a high level of service.

Sending SMS

The SMS module gives you the ability to automate the sending of SMS messages, which can be scheduled to be sent at key moments in the customer relationship. This method of communication is a real added value for the company because it is a method that allows you to be reactive and reach the customer directly on his smartphone.
