Promotions
(native feature)

Natively integrated to the advanced back office of LM Hospitality, the simple promotion module allows you to set up discounts in euros or in percentage on the totality or a part of your card. This allows you to easily define your promotions over a predefined period.

Offer engine / Marketing animations

The offer engine module gives you the possibility (accompanied by a project manager) to create marketing animations adapted to your needs and your sector of activity. You can set up between 5 and 50 templates depending on the offer you have selected. Some examples of existing templates:

  • Happy hour
  • 2 bought the 3rd free
  • For customers whose email address is not provided, message to the seller to request the email address
  • Bounce-back vouchers, etc.

Simple loyalty

A second functionality natively integrated to the advanced back office of LM Hospitality, the simple loyalty module. Create and manage your loyalty program. Through this module your customers will get points at each checkout and will be able to spend them in the form of vouchers. You will then get the follow-up and the complete history of the loyalty program on the customer file.

Advanced Loyalty

To further personalize your loyalty programme, the advanced loyalty module is necessary. It allows you to create a tailor-made loyalty programme: permanent discounts, products offered on the customer’s birthday, one menu offered for every 10 menus purchased, etc. The personalisation of the loyalty programme will make your customers feel valued.

Omnichannel loyalty

To go further in the implementation of your loyalty programme and offer omnichannel loyalty across your different distribution channels, opt for the omnichannel loyalty module. Whatever channel your customer chooses, the loyalty programme will be the same and the customer will be able to enjoy its benefits in the same way !

Send emails

For personalized communication with your customers, deploy the email module. It will allow you to send newsletters and marketing emails to your customers (transactional emails are already included in the LM Hospitality offer). The automation of the email sending throughout the customer relationship allows you to build a stable and personalized relationship.

Sending SMS

The SMS module is the one that will allow you to reach your target as quickly as possible. The sms can be programmed and sent automatically like emails. They have an excellent opening rate of more than 90%, they constitute a real added value for your establishment.
