Optimize your stock management

Easily update your stocks

Easily update your stocks when you receive deliveries.
If the item is already created in LM ERP, you only need to enter the number of units in stock so that your stock is up to date. If the item is not yet created, you can enter its initial stock when creating it.
Afterwards, when you create an order with products, these will be automatically removed from the stock.

Optimize your stocks

From LM ERP, consult your stocks for each of your products in order to optimize them. Manage your stocks in real time with ease, consult the state of your stocks, the movement history… Optimizing your stock management will limit overstocking and reduce stock shortages.

Avoid stock-outs

How can you limit stock shortages? Define a stock alert threshold so that you are warned when it is time to restock and thus avoid any risk of stock shortages. In addition, on each product sheet, you can view the remaining stock. Never be caught unprepared thanks to the optimized stock management of your LM ERP software. You can, by launching a search, obtain the list of products for which a replenishment is necessary, provided that you have defined replenishment thresholds on your product sheets.

Carry out your inventories

Your LM ERP management software accompanies you in your inventories. LM ERP wants to be a tool which simplifies your inventories. When an inventoried quantity is entered, an orange color code indicates an inventory discrepancy, i.e. a difference between the theoretical quantity and the inventoried quantity. This is a visual alert to invite the user to be vigilant.

Inventory

The complete inventory includes all items in the database. Items that are theoretically in zero stock will also be included in the inventory for verification.

Inventory free

A free inventory is initially empty, and will be filled manually with the items you wish to inventory.

Inventory via the entry mode

This mode allows you to search for a product and manually enter the quantity inventoried.

Partial inventory

The partial inventory allows you to carry out an inventory by selecting only certain items. When this choice is made, you can define the selection criteria of the items to be inventoried (Product category, Brand, Stock status). It is also possible to select products that have had a movement in stock “since” a given date. The partial inventory allows in particular to carry out rotating inventories, or to check the reliability of stock movements over a given period.

Inventory via scan mode

This inventory mode allows you to scan barcodes directly as you go along. The system takes care of identifying the product directly and incrementing the quantities counted, it is a fast and reliable inventory mode. When you work in scan mode, if you scan a barcode that is not referenced in the LM ERP database, an alert message appears and suggests that you insert this item in the inventory anyway. This allows you to inventory “normally” this item (and to name it). Thereafter, this item will either be created or associated with an item in the database, depending on your choice.

Inventory via import mode

This functionality allows you to import an inventory file directly into LM ERP. This mode allows you to automatically fill in the content of your inventory with your XLS, XLSX and CSV files (Excel and CSV files seen previously).
