The administrative files module is fully configurable and can be adapted to your different needs. It facilitates the creation, management and monitoring of files and allows the creation of your own file masks.
Electronic signature
LM ERP allows you to create, send, sign and store all your quotes, delivery notes and direct debit authorisations on the same management interface.
Chorus Pro
The module has been designed to allow companies that need to invoice public entities to send their commercial documents on the Chorus Pro platform. Companies can therefore manage their processing directly from their LM ERP application.
Maileva
The Maileva module allows you to send your commercial file in a few seconds. It allows you to automate the sending of commercial documents by mail and to follow the processing status of the mail directly from LM ERP.
HelpDesk
The Help Desk module allows you to simplify the management of the support, it works with a ticket system which will allow you to follow the evolution of the file and to keep a trace of the treatment.
